NEWS:
H-1B cap
not yet
reached! Opportunity to file still exists.
Petitions subject to the
cap are still being accepted. As of May 4, 2009, USCIS has received
approximately 45,000
H-1B petitions for the fiscal year 2010 program counting toward the
Congressionally-mandated 65,000 cap.
In addition, although
20,000 cap-exempt petitions for beneficiaries with advance degrees
have been received, petitions are still being accepted in realization
that not all of those submitted will be approved. |

proceedings to legal
permanent residency. Appellate experience includes appeals
to the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as
mandamus and

Selected
achievements include:

singer;
ˇ
successfully
constructing and presenting an argument in federal court to allow
successive writs of habeas corpus, which allowed KLF to secure the
release of immigration detainees subject to indefinite detention;

obtaining
post-conviction
relief
in the state of Maryland for defendants who completed their sentence
as well as those still subject to punishment;
ˇ
obtaining a
